A quick make at lunchtime today. I used a pattern in my latest copy of the Simply Crochet magazine, and some cotton yarn scraps - possibly Drops? I shall be wearing it tomorrow. Enjoy your evening. Sara x
Funnily enough, I felt a bit guilty I hadn’t bought one when I was town! But I did manage to buy one of the ceramic poppies, so feel I have contributed in that way.
It's lovely, I keep looking at poppy patterns and wondering if I could manage one. The crochet/knitted ones are so nice. And probably even I couldn't string it out longer than an evening. Could I..? CJxx
I have a paper, a sparkly and a crocheted poppy which I interchange, so don't feel guilty which ever one you wear, as long as you wear it is the main thing I think, and I am sure that your crocheted poppy will be a great symbol of remembrance. xx
I feel a little guilty that I didn't crochet one but I have donated and am wearing the traditional poppy. Yours looks stunning.
