Sorry I've not been around much - not posting nor commenting.

As I mentioned in my last post, it was Mark's birthday on 1st January, and we have done a lot of celebrating. However, it was back to the routine this morning.  Although it would have been nice to have a couple more days to get over the late night on Saturday, in some ways it was nice to get back to "normal" today.  Everyone up, and out of the house at a sensible time.  I've cleaned through - and it stayed that way for a couple of hours.  I've almost caught up with the washing.

So next on my list is to catch up with blogging.  I've been reading them on my phone, but commenting is trickier!

Anyway, this was the school run this morning - or was it a swim?

This isn't a stream, but the footpath!  Oh well - it was a good work out too!  :)

Hoping I will be organised and back to posting and commenting by the end of the week at the latest.

See you soon.

  1. Oof - a mud bath! We've been lucky - yes loads of rain and very windy but on the whole, coz we live on the side of a slight hill, well drained!

  2. Oh, very soggy! Glad that Mark's birthday was good. Hope that you dry out soon. xx

  3. Nice to see you, Sara! I hope the return to routine goes smoothly and that things dry out very soon.

  4. Hello.....I hope it dries out soon, take care :) x

  5. I hope you've not been too affected by the flooding - you've had it bad down in the south east by all accounts. Sometimes the return to routine and normality can be welcome after the Christmas break. I hope you're having a good week. x

  6. Thanks everyone - no rain today, so the fields have drained a little, just in time for the rain forecast for tonight and tomorrow morning. At least it's not cold! x

  7. My, my ,I have just read your post about your crochet projects you have made such a lot you must be very happy. they are all great I love the sockettes, so colourful.
I wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog and taking the time to comment .It has been a great response and it has encouraged me to be brave and write more honest post.
