We are off to Guernsey later today for the boys rugby tour. My husband has planned and organised it - such hard work but he enjoys it! :)
There's 18 boys, 5 coaches and 9 parents going.
Hoping it will be a fun weekend. Maybe the sun will make an appearance but if not, I shall be taking some crochet! Shame you can't take it on a plane, a crochet hook really is an awful weapon!!
Off to pack now. Xx
Have a great time away in Guernsey! I took my crochet on the plane with no problems (but not the scissors so I had to break the yarn with my fingers...ouch!). I figured a hook is no more dangerous than a pen, and no-one seemed to mind. :-)

Thanks - we all had a great time. Glad to get home last night to be able to get to bed at a reasonable time - I must be getting old!! I will try taking my crochet on the plane when we go to Spain in the summer - maybe with an old hook. I coudn't face losing a favourite!

Sara could you please contact me so I can send you a ball of wool.
ReplyDeleteHi Sara, you left a comment on my blog asking what stamp I had used on my Lime and green card. I bought them at a very reasonable price from "The Range" but they don't have a name on them other than Kanban.

I did find them here for you to look at though.
Hope this helps, Julie.x
Thank You! :) It looks like they have it in stock at a Hobbycraft not too far away - so I will pop there and pick up a set. Thanks so much xx
DeleteOh no - Kanban have gone out of business - and I can't get hold of it! Never mind - I've chosen another flourish stamp instead. Thanks for your help.
