Garden Colour - Summer 2015

Hi

I hope everyone has had a good weekend.

Matt has gone off to CCF camp to run round playing soldiers.  He loves it!

I spent most of yesterday at a card class - Zentangle inspired.  It was really good fun, with lovely people, and I came home buzzing with ideas.

Today, I've been at home, catching up with house stuff.  I had planned to sit in the garden this afternoon with my crochet and book - but both my parents have visited, the ironing seemed to go on forever, and I had a problem with the external hard drive which I use to back up my computer.  There's always another day to sit and be lazy - it's not long until my holiday!  :)

I did manage to spend some time in the garden though and thought I would share some of the colour with you.  Apologies some of the photos aren't as clear as usual - it is very windy here!

Take care and have a good week.

Sara

  1. Its usually this area that has problems with wind, we are still in the midst of a mini heat wave with no wind at all.

    1. All around can be still, and my garden have a howling gale! To say it's exposed is an understatement! :)

  2. Glorious colour, and I love the bee, the moth and the butterfly, brilliantly captured, especially if it was a windy day. The white scabious is really lovely, I think insects like scabious a lot. CJ xx

  3. Weekends never quite seem to go according to plan do they. Still I'm sure you had a nice visit with your parents. Lots of lovely things in your garden Sara and i particularly like the photo with the little bee.
