Half Term

Half term has been mainly about Matt revising for his Mock AS's.  We've caught up with friends too, but it's mainly been revising.  Smudge likes us around indoors.

I think she is the one testing boundaries, rather than the resident teenager.  She is not allowed on tables!  Clearly she obeys every rule!

Hope you are all having a great weekend.

I'm back off to hospital tomorrow for an appointment on Monday morning - my foot saga continues!

xx

  2. She's adorable, so pretty and clearly so very happy. Poor Matt, I feel for him with all of the revision and exams, I do hope it's all going well. No doubt it will all be worth it in the end. CJ xx

  5. Perhaps Smudge is lonely when you aren't there the rest of the time :(

    1. I work from home, so although I'm not in the dining room, I am always around for company, so she shouldn't be lonely. But cats are funny creatures!

  9. Hope the foot behaves itself! Our half term was a very lazy one for the boys, as we had to work, they made the most of their time visiting friends and family or just to sharing the settee with the cats with the fire and a film....what a life!

  10. Thank you for your sympathies, Sara. I really do appreciate them. Smudge looks adorable on the table (even though he is not supposed to be there) and I'm not sure who is the better looking - your son or Smudge on his lap. Hugs, Lesley

  11. Dreading when Little Man gets to "proper" exam stage. At the minute he cries and screams through most of his homework, I'm just not able at present to see how we will ever get to the stage of unsupervised revision. It's frustrating as he's very very clever and can actually do all the work. If you have any advice I'm all ears!
