Well, I had the afternoon to myself (son playing cricket and husband watching him). I had done all the gardening and washing and ironing yesterday, so thought I would catch up on some "me" time and update my blog with my holiday crafting. However, I thought I'd update my computer first - and there it all seems to have ground to a halt!
Garden photo attached - but I am still working on the other bits. Technology and me aren't always a good combination, but at least the garden looks good!

My hexagons!
Hi again
I really must make more of an effort to add to my blog now I have the new computer. Instead of just card making, I have been spending some time crocheting. I had forgotten what fun it is. Here is a picture of my hexagon blanket. Adapted and inspired by Lucy from Attic 24 Thank you!
I am still putting it together, which seems to be taking as long as making the hexagons! It will be worth it in the end though. I just wish I'd bought some better quality yarn, but didn't realise when I started how lovely it would be.
We are going on holiday soon, and I'm taking some new cotton yarns with me. :) Looking forward to making a ripple blanket. I will then have something colourful and warm to wrap round me when watching my son play cricket next season. Surely the sun will have remembered that it is supposed to shine in the Summer next year.
Thanks for looking.
