Sunshine

Isn't this weather lovely?  It has been glorious here again today.  Summer has returned, and long may it continue (although it's not so good for my rugby playing son - the ground is too hard).  But for me, especially as I can't get out very much, sitting in the garden in the sunshine, makes it a little easier.

But this warmth does mean that I'm not sure when I will get to wear these!

But I'll be ready when Autumn returns!

  1. Lovely. You've reminded me that I want to make some fingerless mitts this year. The ground is too hard for football at the moment too, and I'm having to water things in pots. There is rain a-coming though, so I've heard. I hope you're continuing to heal nicely. CJ xx

  3. They look lovely, hope you don't need them anytime soon, the weather is still holding up so long may it last.

  4. Yes, the weather has been glorious although today for the first time in three weeks the temperature has been below 30°C which provides a little light relief for children who are back at school!

What beautiful creations! I know my youngest would snatch those up; turquoise being her favourite colour.

  5. Isn't that the best thing about autumn, the knitwear and accessories?! You know, it's been gorgeous here too but today, for the first time, I feel chilly sitting in the house. I think the weather may be turning a little up here. x
